# Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at Wellness Buddy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
## 1. Strictly Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Policy
Due to the intimate nature and strict hygiene and health safety regulations of personal wellness items, **our products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable**. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it cannot be returned or refunded.
We implement this policy strictly to guarantee that every customer receives a 100% brand-new, untouched, and hygienic product.
## 2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received
We inspect all products before dispatch. However, if your product arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
* **Mandatory Unboxing Video:** You must record a clear, continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened for the first time (showing the shipping label clearly before opening).
* **Reporting Window:** Any damage or defect must be reported to our support team within **24 hours** of delivery along with the unboxing video.
* **Resolution:** Once verified by our team, we will ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
## 3. Order Cancellations
* **Before Dispatch:** You can cancel your order within **2 hours** of placing it by emailing us at our support address or contacting us via phone/WhatsApp. If the order has not been dispatched, we will process a full refund.
* **After Dispatch:** Once an order has been shipped out of our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or recalled. If you refuse delivery of a COD order after dispatch, you may be blacklisted from making future COD purchases on our store.
## 4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within **5-7 business days** to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via Bank Transfer/UPI (for COD orders, after collecting bank details).
