Welcome to Wellness Buddy. This website is operated by Wellness Buddy. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wellness Buddy. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

## 1. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Our products are strictly intended for adults (18+) only.

## 2. Product Specifications & Accuracy
* We make every effort to display the colors, dimensions, and details of our products as accurately as possible. 
* All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

## 3. Strictly Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene, health, and safety standards concerning intimate personal care products, **all products sold on our store are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable**. Once a product has been shipped/delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please read our Refund & Cancellation policy for exceptions regarding transit damages.

## 4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and phone numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

## 5. Payments
We accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD) and various prepaid options (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). For prepaid orders, any additional discount applied is subject to the terms of that promotion.

## 6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
